Yes. Because our bags are carefully constructed and finished by hand, you may occasionally notice a loose thread. This is not considered a defect. Simply use a small pair of scissors to carefully trim the loose thread. NEVER pull or tug on loose thread.

For minor smudges or marks on the lettering, a small amount of hand sanitizer and a clean microfiber cloth can help remove them. Gently dab or wipe the affected area. DO NOT scrub aggressively!

Treat your bag with care and avoid harsh chemicals, excessive moisture, and abrasive materials. When not in use, store your bag in a cool, dry place and use the provided dust bag when applicable.
