RETURN & ISSUE POLICY
At Forest Street Co., all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection, or personal preference.
Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at: support@foreststreetco.com
To be eligible for review:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Clear photos of the item and issue must be provided
• Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review
If your claim is approved, Forest Street Co. may offer a replacement, store credit, or another resolution at our sole discretion.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
• In-stock merchandise
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Limited-edition releases
• Promotional or giveaway items
All purchases are considered final once an order has been placed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
• Items returned without prior authorization will be refused.
