POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT, CHARGEBACKS & CUSTOMER CONDUCT
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Forest Street Co. policies, including those related to preorder processing timelines, order finality, and fulfillment terms.
Due to the made-to-order nature of many of our products, we kindly ask that customers contact us directly at support@foreststreetco.com to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with our team may be considered a violation of these Terms. Forest Street Co. reserves the right to formally dispute any chargeback that contradicts the policies agreed to at checkout, including providing supporting documentation such as order confirmations, policy acknowledgments, and fulfillment records to the payment provider.
Customer Conduct:
Forest Street Co. is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or disrespectful communication.
Any conduct deemed inappropriate may result in:
- Cancellation of current orders
- Refusal of future service
- Restriction from future purchases
