Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During major launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times and shipping times are separate. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.

Forest Street Co. currently ships within the United States and Canada.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected delivery method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (CANADA)

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing and carrier delays.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees, the customer is responsible for any associated return shipping charges and handling costs.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system after receiving your shipping confirmation.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@foreststreetco.com immediately.

Forest Street Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees before the order can be shipped again.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping provider.

Forest Street Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers experiencing delivery issues should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged, please contact support@foreststreetco.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.
