When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. During major launches, restocks, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Are items in stock?
Yes. All products listed on our website are in stock unless otherwise stated.

Will there be any more preorders?
No. Forest Street Co. has officially transitioned to an in-stock business model. Future releases and restocks will be available for immediate purchase while supplies last.

Can I cancel my order?
No. All sales are final. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?
Address changes may be requested before a shipping label has been created. Once a label is generated, the order is already in processing and address changes cannot be guaranteed.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@foreststreetco.com.

Address changes may be accommodated if your order has not yet been processed or a shipping label has not been created. Once a shipping label has been generated, we cannot guarantee address changes.

Forest Street Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.

Can I change the color or style of my bag after ordering?
No. To ensure inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency, orders cannot be modified once they are placed.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review our full Return & Issue Policy for additional details regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact support@foreststreetco.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so our team can review your request.

New releases, restocks, and special announcements are shared first through email and social media. Be sure to join our mailing list and follow us online so you never miss a drop.
